ABOUT THE COURSE - BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE

 Operations Management and Finance is designed to control and carry out business operations with the expertise in functional areas like finance and marketing. The basic requirement of success of a business is the deep knowledge of business operations, and it SWOT-Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat and the SOP- Standard Operating Procedures. Measuring and controlling business is possible only with the thorough knowledge of Strategy, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Labour laws, Marketing and Distribution.

       Operations management helps the students to understand how to operationalize the strategic concept, build-up projects, analysis of business operation with suitably designed accounting system and book- keeping, controlling the business with budgeting, measuring the variations and appropriate remedial actions for the restoration to the pre-defined norms.

       Normally the marketing functionary is the most important one as the Sales is the back bone of the business. But in most of the business finance and marketing travel in a divergent way. Special training is given to students to develop the systems to support marketing and distribution team, so that proper debtors (clients) can be identified who are prompt in the payments, competitive pricing structure can be developed and implemented, classification of clients as according to their importance, prompt and correct feedback is given to marketing team.

        To achieve the pre-determined market share, it is mandatory to know the practical aspects of cost reduction, planning, impact of Taxation like GST and Income tax. The course is designed to learn almost all aspects of business that required to execute the business in a smooth way. Same way expert knowledge to handle banks is mandatory. Most of the business fails lamentably, in their business is due to lack of finance on proper time. We give extra focus in our sessions how to monitor finance and how to avail unsecured-loans and other mode of finance, through proper planning.

         Knowledge of Stock management, debtor’s management, Peripheral knowledge of Judicial system, Forms of organizations and the compliances and the legal impact, trouble shoot the issues, design and quick implementation of remedial actions are required for the management of business successfully. Similarly, inter-firm comparison and industry comparison are better tool for appraisal of the organizational performance. Training session includes these aspects also.

       The trainers are having long standing in this profession, doing consultation to business firms practically. So the training is done not with academic questions, but with practical module that usually met in the business, this will ease the students to learn the subject quickly.

  • Other Degree holders having interest in learning this course will have to go through a preliminary interview and a additional bridge course for 20 days

QUALITY OF STUDENTS

​

  • All the students that approach us will not be allowed to the institution. There should be minimum intelligence level and learning ability. There are students who are very poor in accounts because of poor teaching, even then they will be entertained if they have enough learning ability, which will be tested in interviews. WE DON’T WANT STUDENTS WITH HIGH KNOWLEDGE, BUT REASONABLE INTELLIGENCE LEVEL. The course has a good volume of content to learn. So the door of Institution strictly closed to apathetic students. 

  • Attendance will be compulsory. Every student should have minimum of 85% Attendance other than medical leave which shall be sanctioned based on the medical certificate. Girls will be allowed extra 3 leave a month.

  • The students should be proper and prompt in their academic performance. In the learning process, there will be

    • Assignments

    • Question and answer sessions

    • Presentation

    • Work Modules

    • Examinations.

    • Model study

  • The students should be prompt in all these learning process. Without qualifying and performing the aforesaid, they shall not be issued certificate.

  • High degree of discipline should be maintained in the institution and in the learning process.

  • The portions that could not be attended on leave should be recouped with the help of co-students and trainers.

TRAINING MODE

​

  • There will be online classes and offline classes.

  • Online class will be for 100 days (3-1/2 months: Three and a half months). It is a crash course. Normal duration of our course is one year, but it has been crashed to 3-1/2 months to avoid high expense of food accommodation of students. Students shall not be allowed to work for part-time. Otherwise, they can’t complete all the learning process.

  • For on-line class will be having duration of 6 months. The students should have a computer at home. Fees shall be same. All other conditions shall be same.

ADVANTAGE OF THIS COURSE

      Students of commerce-B.Com, M.Com, BBA and MBA seek accounting or financing job. Normally an accountant or finance manager has no dynamic role in the management of a company. When the problem arises, finance manager does some remedial measures as the situation warrants. This is the reason they are paid low. But our course intends to forecast the financial or business troubles that may arise due to poor planning or vision and implement the measures so that the business does not get out of track. In a way dynamic approach is our key. The one who is knowledgeable to manage a business is paid heavily. Many of our student are paid lacks per month, that again varies with personal ability. Perfect book keeping and the MIS generated out of it, ensuring enough cash inflow are well trained using practical modules.

        Special training is given to face interviews to that students can present themselves in a better, confident way, show their ability and knowledge in a professional way.
